Content OS installs on your own Cloudflare account with your own keys, so you own it end to end. Grab the few below, paste them into the secure form, and we install everything for you. Most are copy-paste, and you can rotate them right after install.

1. Cloudflare API token ⭐

This is the one that lets us install Content OS onto your account. Get the 8 permissions right and the rest just works.

  1. No Cloudflare account yet? Sign up free at dash.cloudflare.com/sign-up and verify your email.
  2. Open dash.cloudflare.com/profile/api-tokens.
  3. Click Create Token → scroll to the bottom → Create Custom Token → Get started.
  4. Token name: Content OS install
  5. Under Permissions, add these 8 rows (click + Add more after each):

  1. Account Resources: Include → select your account.
  2. Continue to summary → Create Token → copy it now (Cloudflare shows it only once).

That's your Cloudflare API token. You can delete it in the same place once your install is done.

2. Cloudflare R2 keys

Where your finished reels are stored. Same dashboard, 4 clicks.

  1. Left sidebar → R2 (turn it on if prompted — free to start).
  2. Manage R2 API Tokens (top right) → Create API Token.
  3. Permission: Object Read & Write → Create API Token.
  4. Copy the Access Key ID and the Secret Access Key (shown once).

3. Anthropic (Claude)

The editing brain — cuts, captions, b-roll, the written caption.

  1. Sign up at console.anthropic.com.
  2. Billing → add a small credit (a few dollars goes a long way; it pays per use).
  3. API Keys → Create Key → copy it (starts with sk-ant-).

4. Groq (free)

Transcribes your videos so the captions are word-accurate.

  1. Sign up at console.groq.com (no card).
  2. API Keys → Create API Key → copy it (starts with gsk_).

5. Zernio

Publishes your reels to all 5 platforms.

  1. Sign up at skalers.io/zernio.
  2. Connect your Instagram / TikTok / YouTube / Facebook / LinkedIn inside Zernio.
  3. Settings → API → copy your API key and note your Profile ID.

6. Telegram bot (optional, recommended)

How you talk to Content OS — drop clips, approve, publish, all from your phone.

  1. Install Telegram if you don't have it.
  2. Open @BotFather → send /newbot → pick a name + username → copy the bot token (looks like 1234:ABC...).

7. KIE.AI + ElevenLabs (optional)

Only for AI-avatar / faceless reels. Skip both if you film yourself.

  1. KIE.AI: kie.ai → create an API key (AI thumbnails + avatar reels).
  2. ElevenLabs: skalers.io/elevenlabs → Profile → API Keys (the voice for avatar reels).
